Felicity Fair Thompson has a Masters degree in Screenwriting from the London College of Communications.
She teaches creative writing, short stories and fact and fiction independently, and for:
She is an independent writer/director and since 1989 has produced and marketed travel documentaries through W. H. Smith, Dillons, Waterstones, English Heritage, Woolworth, Tourist Centres and independent retailers. She has also scripted and directed locally for broadcast and corporate productions. Three of her travel films have been broadcast on South Australian television.
Her published work includes a children story, a novel set in the world of theatre, an EU funded community play, numerous scenic travel features, poetry, theatre reviews and personality profiles.
Born is Australia, Felicity comes from a writing family. After a short career as a dancer, she spent several years as Senior Assistant Manager at the Odeon Leicester Square in London's West End, before coming to the Isle of Wight to run a holiday complex.
Her interest in photography, travel and writing expanded into new careers: film making, organising writing conferences and seminars to provide support for other writers, and teaching.
